Return/Exchange Policy
- Can I return my item for a refund? Yes, we accept returns for full priced apparel items only. No refunds on Black Friday discounted orders. For hygiene reasons, handwraps, supports, accessories cannot be returned.
- Can I exchange my item or get a store credit? Yes, you can return apparel items for an exchange of size or a store credit to use on a different item or future order. Items sent back must be returned in new, unworn and clean condition. Any marks or damage to an item will incur a $20 damage fee.
- Who pays for the return/exchange? You are responsible for returning your item/s to us in Hong Kong. We do not offer free returns / return postage. For exchanges, we will send your exchange item free of additional shipping charge.
Returning An Item
- How do I start a return? A return can be initiated via our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving the item. After submitting your request, you will receive instructions to complete your return. Please ensure you submit your tracking number here once you have completed your return so we can make sure we receive it safely.
- Do you provide the postage label? No, we do not provide postage labels.
- What's the lowest cost method I should use to return my item? We recommend using your local government postal service (e.g. USPS, Auspost, Royal Mail), NOT express (e.g. Fedex, UPS).
