Know your shipping address! Include all information about your delivery address including house numbers, unit/apartment numbers, building or business names - any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will incur a $20 re-ship fee.

Can I return my item for a refund? Yes, we accept returns for full priced apparel items only. Handwraps cannot be returned, sorry.

Can I exchange my item? Yes, we can exchange size for full priced apparel items only. No exchanges for handwraps, sorry. 

Any items sent back must be returned in new, unworn and clean condition. Any marks or damage to an item will incur a $20 damage fee. 

A return request must be submitted via our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving the item. After submitting your request, we will get back to you with next step instructions within 1-2 business days.

Who pays for the return/exchange? You must cover the cost of returning your item/s to us in Singapore or Australia (for Australia/New Zealand customers only). For exchanges, we will send your exchange item free of postage charge.

What's the lowest cost method I should use to return my item? These are our recommended carrier services by country for the lowest cost tracked return.

Do you provide the postage label? For customers in the US/Canada, you can purchase a postage label directly in our Returns Portal to print and use on your return parcel. Otherwise we do not provide any return postage labels.
