Know your shipping address! Include all information about your delivery address including house numbers, unit/apartment numbers, building or business names - any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will incur a $20 re-ship fee.

Double check your order and currency! Orders that have been shipped CANNOT be cancelled or refunded.

How much does it cost? For orders over $50 USD, we ship it for free worldwide. For orders under $50 USD, we have a flat rate of $5 USD.

How long does it take? Currently around 2-4 weeks, potentially a bit longer for regions that have a more rigorous customs clearance process, are in more rural areas or are further from Asia.

Where do you ship it from? Usually from our main warehouse in China, however depending on stock levels you may receive part or all of your order from Singapore or Australia.

Need it quicker? Pay our flat fee of $30 USD. That usually takes around 1-2 weeks to deliver, again depending on your region and how long customs clearance processes take. 

Take note! Customs fees in Europe: our prices exclude VAT. If you are ordering to Europe, please note that your local country's customs office will likely charge duties/VAT on your parcel. Depending on the country's procedures, they may charge fees before or after delivering the parcel to you. If you refuse to pay any applicable customs fees and the parcel is returned to us, a $20 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your order refund.
