Our apparel is made to a standard women's size chart (i.e. not to a thai or usual men's chart like most combat sports apparel and gear). Generally you can go with your usual sportswear size.

Check refer to our Size Chart for the base size you should look at in our items, but please remember to check the fitting advice on each product page as our sports bras and some shorts do run small.

$5 USD for orders under $50 USD, otherwise it is free for orders over $50 USD.

Yes we do! We ship worldwide - for those in particularly remote countries, please allow extra time for your delivery.

We ship from our main warehouse in China which we find to be the best midpoint location between all continents we ship to.

Most countries we ship to will take 2-4 weeks to delivery after dispatch (please allow 2-3 business days for dispatch).

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

All countries in Europe, South America, Africa and some parts of Asia apply a customs duties fee and VAT for international parcels. Generally the tax is a small percentage of the total value of your order.

Please check with your local customs office if you are uncertain, and ensure you are prepared to pay the customs tax before placing your order.

We do not cover this fee for you and any parcels returned to us due to refusal to pay customs tax may incur a restocking and return postage fee.

All apparel items can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit as long as the return is initiated within 30 days of receiving your parcel.

Handwraps/Supports and all sale items (excluding Black Friday orders) are not eligible for return, sorry.

If you received your item and you need to return it for any reason, please head to our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your parcel to start a return. Through the portal, you can choose to get a refund, exchange or store credit.

IMPORTANT: when you ship your return, get a tracking number and submit it to us here - this helps us ensure it arrives to us safely.

Only apparel can be returned - handwraps/supports and sale items are not eligible for return.

Please ensure your item is unworn and kept in its original airlock packaging.

You do - we not provide return postage labels, sorry. However, exchanges are sent free of postage charge.

When the item is restocked, you can 'repurchase' your correct size using the store credit.

When your return arrives back and clears our inspection process, then we will process your refund, exchange or store credit.

Please note refunds are processed to the same payment method that you used in the original order. Refunds to Paypal are complete within 24 hours, while refunds to credit cards take 3-5 business days.
