Our Nerio Shorts get an upgrade! We've made some modifications to our OG Nerio Shorts to be more comfortable and extra protective for combat sports. Great for nogi, striking or wearing under your gi/kimono/dobok pants.

With double lined butt and crotch panels, we love these shorts for those menstruation days when you just want that extra feeling of protection.
