The new year is here! We're seeing a lot of people talk about resolutions and goals for 2026 and decided to make our own but for each of our current favourite combat sports. And to make it extra fun, we put them into a bingo card so you and your friends can play vision board bingo together throughout the year.

For the Muay Thai Girls
Some of these are easy (come on, surely we can clean our gym bags at least once this year) and some of them will depend on your situation (travelling to Thailand to train will take some budgeting) so remember to change these as you want or need!
For the Boxers
A lot of technical things to learn this year, mostly because our sparring sucks so much.
For the BJJ fans
Ok we know it should go without saying that we need to injure ourselves less, but maybe if we put it on this board we'll manifest it to actually happen this year?
For the TKD girls
Emphasis on the stretching part 😂 Some of these might feel tough but the goal is to try - you never know how much you'll surprise yourself by December!
