Delays due to Middle East airspace shutdown

Please note that due to the current situation in the Middle East, there are some temporary shipment suspensions and closures:

• Middle East: all shipments suspended, any orders placed to countries in the Middle East will be placed on hold until airspace is resumed
• Europe: due to major transit routes being closed, deliveries to Europe may be delayed by 3-5 business days as alternative routes are being utilised

Shipping FAQ

Check your shipping address! Include all information about your delivery address including house numbers, unit/apartment numbers, building or business names - we may not be able to change incorrect addresses once the order has been placed. Any failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will incur a $20 re-ship fee. 

Double check your order and currency! Orders that have been shipped CANNOT be cancelled or refunded. 

How much does it cost? For orders over $50 USD, we ship it for free. For orders under $50 USD, we have a flat rate of $5 USD. 

How long does it take? Deliveries to main cities in Europe, Asia Pacific and the US normally take around 2-4 weeks, while rural areas in those regions may take up to 6 weeks depending on how remote the location is.

Other regions such as Africa, South America and remote countries/island areas will take longer, generally around 4-8 weeks.

Where do you ship it from? We ship from our main warehouse in China, which we find to be the best midpoint between all the continents we ship to.

What are customs duties/taxes and will I charged them?
For those living in Canada, South America, Indonesia and Africa the local customs office may charge a small duties and tax fee on international parcels. You will be required to pay them directly to your local courier or customs office before your parcel is released for delivery. Any parcels returned to us due to refusal to pay the fee may incur a restocking and return postage fee.

For some countries in Europe, we have acquired shipping lines that will exempt you from these fees, meaning you will not be required to pay any customs duties/VAT. 

Can you ship to PO Boxes?
No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes at this time, sorry.
