If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is known as the cooling-off period.

What Happens After You Withdraw
- You must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.
- We will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).
- We will process the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
