Artemisia Muay Thai Shorts (Black/Gold)

I read great reviews and saw a video directly from this brand so I ordered the shorts. The disappointment was that I saw the same style of shorts in a different color (the name was the same) so I thought they would have a pocket which they didn't, but the bigger disappointment was the hem in the crotch which I didn't know about and again I saw a video directly from them where they show the shorts and they don't have it. (The description is the same for the black/gold and white Artemisia shorts and they don't write about it anywhere, while they do write it for the all black ones, but since I knew it for the white ones which they don't write about, I automatically thought they were the same). So I'm disappointed. It would have been better if you had specified that. Otherwise they look really nice and i love it that they make shorts to fit women body.

- UPDATE- The brand contacted me saying it was an old model and they would send me a new one because it was a mistake on their part. I really appreciate their interest in fixing it. I will update my review when I receive the correct model. I am excited!

I love everything about them! The design is super stylish, very high quality and impeccable fit. I have a couple of other pairs from different brands and you can totally tell Athena Fightwear has superior quality even compared to top fightwear brands. And you can see throughout the finest attention to detail. Definitely buying more!

Overall I’m very happy- finally a shorts designed for women!
I’m usually a European size S, but after reading the size chart I decided to order L. This was slightly to big, so the inner shorts is rolling up- which is annoying. So 1 size up is enough.

But, the shorts are so comfy, so functional, and so beautiful! The design is great, the material is good quality and the fit is really perfect for the women’s body. I’ll definitely order again, only M next time.

Athena shorts are much better than unisex or men's Thai shorts, more room for hips and freedom of movement plus exceptionally comfortable. I was so impressed I've bought myself three other pairs. Highly recommend if your a female fighter!

I have always had a hard time finding shorts that fit me properly because of my build. They were either tents on me or they rode up because the length between the crotch and band - no in between. I tried smalls first and found them a bit too big, and then went extra small and it was perfect! I have a hard time wearing anything else now.
