- Orders that have been shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded
- Free shipping for orders over $50 US Dollars. Orders below that have a $5 US Dollar shipping fee.
- Check your address is correct and has all details included before ordering. Small details like missing apartment numbers can cause return to sender non-delivery.
- Only new, unworn apparel with original tags and packaging can be returned
- Returns for refund go to Hong Kong
- Returns for exchange or store credit can go to our return addresses in US, Australia, UK, Germany or Hong Kong.
- We do not cover the cost of returns, and we do not provide free return labels. You must ship returns back at your own cost using your local postal service.
- Exchange shipments are sent without any additional shipping fee.
